1. HOW DO I REGISTER ON PALIK.CO.UK AND WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

By creating an account, you can access your order faster, store multiple delivery addresses, view and track orders and much more.

Insert your name, surname, email address and password to register on the palik.co.uk in order to access the following areas and dedicated client services:

– Account information

– Saved addresses

2. HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

We have included size charts in our website which contains measurements in centimetres. You can always confirm the right size of the footwear for your foot.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT I LIKE IS SOLD OUT?

If a product that you are interested in is “sold-out”, we suggest that you add this product to your Wishlist. This way, we can contact you via email as soon as the item becomes available. You can also contact our customer services and express your interest and our team will try to order the product for you immediately.

4. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SIZING OR A PRODUCT ISN’T WHAT I EXPECTED?

In the event that a product purchased on palik.co.uk, strictly during the period stated in our return terms and condition, exhibits any such problems relating to defects or conformity, we invite clients to contact our Customer Service Team, via email at: info@palik.co.uk

The Customer Service Team will respond promptly to your claim, and assist you with the next steps.

5. HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

Our assistants are available to handle any request relating to the navigation and browsing of our online store, to give advice on purchases and to provide all information related to orders and/or deliveries as well as any other information regarding the company.

All of these Services can be accessed Monday- Friday from 9:00- 19:00, excluding bank holidays.

6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DELIVER ITEMS?

  • Deliveries in the UK are made Mon – Sat (8am – 8pm)
    (excluding bank holidays)

  • We use Royal Mail Next-Day delivery

  • All our deliveries are FREE

  • During busy sale periods standard delivery may take up to two days longer than usual.

7. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, we invite you to promptly contact us by email at: info@palik.co.uk or by freephone +44 20 3151 1440. We will work hard to satisfy your request. However, once an order is in the preparation phase at the warehouse, we won’t be able to guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order.

If you have received an order but would like to return or exchange it we invite you to consult our conditions for Returns.

8. IS IT SAFE TO MAKE PURCHASES ON PALIK.CO.UK?

Each purchase can be made securely on the site thanks to advanced site certificate servers and (SSL) coding systems. We only use secure connections, indicated by the prefix “https” and the lock symbol which can be found together in the browser’s address bar as soon as you enter the “Checkout” pages.

Our payments department check transactions for fraudulent activity prior to confirming a transaction and may contact you for ulterior information prior to order confirmation.

9. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept free returns within 28 days of receipt or 14 days for items purchased in a sales and promotion .

Returned products must be unworn or unused and they should be in the original condition. The packaging should be in the original condition too. We accept receipt or delivery documents as proof of your purchase which includes the papers or electronic copies. In case you do not have your documents, we accept proof of payments from bank or credit cards. We will use the same payment methods to process your refund without any charge.

You should notify us of the status of any faulty product within 28 days of the receipt. Return faulty goods within 3 months for a full refund or exchange.

10. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Return by Post

To return by post, we have instructed you with step-by-step guide which is FREE of charge

Please follow the steps below to produce your Returns label or QR barcode for instore printing:

  1. Go to our Website (Return policy – Palik)

  2. You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. 612345678) and delivery or billing postcode.

  3. Select the item(s) that you would like to return & the returns reason.

  4. Select your preferred shipping method and enter the required information to register your return.

  5. You will be given a QR code as well as an instruction on how to make the return.

  6. Print out this page and bring it to a local post-office along with the product in its original packaging and send it to us.

Once you have registered your return through the return’s portal, you will receive an email summarising your return order. Within this email, there is a tracking link where you can track the progress of your shipment back to us.
